Mission Statement

Gilroy Chaos Sports Organization is a non-profit organization committed to providing young female athletes, from the ages of 8-16years old with the fundamentals and training in the sport of fast pitch softball. The skills acquired provide the girls with the opportunity of playing at a high school and college level. Our organization was developed to enhance the educational, physical, and social well being of our players with emphasis on improving a player's leadership, team work, and self discipline skills and to promote our female athletes as positive role models in our community. This includes providing afternoon activities for the young girls to remain active in the community and to maintain their playing skills. This is incorporated into the training that Gilroy Chaos provides to compete and participate in fast pitch softball tournaments at an A and/or B level.
Our organization is committed in providing a positive and safe environment by having the best training available for our manages, coaches and staff. This is necessary to conduct monthly training clinics, weekly team practices and participation in state wide tournaments through out the year.

Our organization is also committed to providing the opportunity to all of those who may be interested, regardless of financial challenges, by conducting fundraisers and obtaining community sponsors and donations.
The Gilroy Chaos Sports Organization is overseen by a set Board of Trustees Committed to youth development, ensuring  compliance of established rules and regulations, and continuous improvement in our community.

	George Sandoval - Manager, 12U Blue Team George has over 26 years coaching both Softball and Baseball in Little League.  He was an Assistant Coach in the 2008 Little League World Series and Manager for the 2008 California State 9-10 Little League All Stars Champions.  He has been Managing this competitive travel ball team for more than 5 years and started the 8U travel ball program in the South County .
